Administrative Assistant (Logistics / Warehouse Dept.)
Responsibilities
  • Prepare shipping documents, invoices and packing lists
  • Data entry and filling of documents 
  • Generate delivery orders for inter-company/sub-contractors and issue credit memos for defective goods
  • Support implementation of store improvement projects 
  • Upkeep stock level record and ensure data accuracy 
  • Ad-hoc work 
Requirements 
  • Minimum Secondary education level
  • At least 1 year of working experience 
  • Training provided 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Detailed, independent & a team player
  • Meticulous, well-organized and self-motivated 
  • Able to work in Tuas 
  • Company transport provided at designated MRT stations 
  • Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday) & 8.30am to 12.30pm (Saturday) 
  • Preferably available within short notice
