HR cum Admin Officer
Responsibilities
  • Monitor Time Management System on staff attendance
  • Recruitment and selection of staff
  • Handle work pass for foreign workers (both new & renewal) in compliance with statutory regulations 
  • Responsible for Payroll matters and ensure accuracy in payroll processing 
  • Prepare HR related issues 
  • Review and implement HR policies 
  • Handle the maintenance of factory premises and upkeep of office equipment
  • Monitor related expenses for office maintenance and recommend cost cutting measures 
  • Liaise with vendors on dormitory issues 
  • In-charge of course registration for training requests and update training records 
  • Maintain and keep good records of recruitment related documents, employee records, company matters documentation
  • Diploma or equivalent in HR discipline or Business related courses 
  • At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in HR related field in a Generalist role with hands on experience in payroll
  • Well versed with Employment laws 
  • Preferable with experience in Construction industry 
  • Proficient in Microsoft office 
  • Able to communicate and interact with all level of staff 
  • Positive work attitude and display initiative in problem solving 
  • Team player 
  • 5 days work week
  • Able to work in Tuas 
  • Transport provided at designated MRT stations 
  • Available for work within short notice
