Embodying a capital value of S$3 million at the time of incorporation, Wan Sern relocated her operations to a purchased 13,000 square feet (1,208 square metres) industrial terraced factory at 10 Gul Link Singapore
In the same year, Wan Sern also saw an expansion of her workforce with staff strength growing to over more than 300 individuals

From Gul Link, Wan Sern once again made a full-fledged shift to a semi-detached factory at 31 Tuas Avenue 8 Singapore 639245 where she still calls home today.
A four-storey high extension building was then built to increase its fabrication facility and production efficiency. The total build-in area was 83,000 square feet (7,711 square metres).
In the face of economic crisis in 2001, Wan Sern was compelled to establish strategic alliance with an industry rival which then on, operated under a newly incorporated company named Amazing Metal Industries Pte Ltd to overcome dire market challenges
Within a remarkably short period of time, Mr Chua bought over all shares from his Partner and became the sole shareholder of Amazing Metal
Wan Sern saw transformational change in its management strategies, corporate culture, and brand marketing motivated by future expansion plans
All businesses were transacted under the Wan Sern entity
Wan Sern was awarded two major contracts from HDB to provide upgrading works under the “Upgrading Works for Rectification and Improvement Works to Windows in HDB Rental Flats”.

Wan Sern was awarded a single contract worth over S$4 Million to provide Aluminium Curtain Walling for the spectacular “Marina Barrage Water Plant” project at Marina Bay
Contracted for iconic projects- River Valley High School (Largest local Secondary School), The Inspira, Chinese Swimming Club (Exclusive design in Singapore), School of the Arts, and the upmarket Orange Grove Residence
